Day1Arrival dayGalosol Hotel, Madeira, Portugal
Arrive at the stunning seafront hotel, Galosol. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon to unpack, meet your group and get settled in, before a welcome mobility/stretch session. You will also benefit from a welcome talk with Q&A from your personal trainer and fitness guide, Alice Liveing.
Day2Walking excursionGalosol Hotel, Madeira, Portugal
Start your day with an energising beginners fitness class led by Alice. Enjoy a fresh, healthy breakfast before transferring to Paradise Valley for a nature walk (around 3 hours long), where you will experience the colourful volcanic beauty of the island. Following the footpaths alongside the 'levadas' - small irrigation canals, which wind their way around the island - you will catch the best views. Travel back by coach. After lunch, enjoy some free time to make the most of the wonderful facilities at the resort. Before dinner, there will be a restorative stretching session with Alice.
Day3Whale-watching dayGalosol Hotel, Madeira, Portugal
This morning you'll enjoy another fitness class led by Alice, followed by a stretching and mobility session. Take time over your scrumptious, fresh breakfast at the hotel. This afternoon, enjoy more free time to enjoy the facilities at Galo Resort. After lunch, your dolphin and whale-watching excursion will begin. Transfer to a catamaran and set sail on the liberating Atlantic sea. This evening enjoy a talk with Q&A led by Alice and Claire, where you they'll answer your questions, before you sit down to dinner.
Day4Cool downGalosol Hotel, Madeira, Portugal
Sunday begins with a fitness class led by Alice before breakfast. There will then be time to relax, work out, or walk around the hotel and grounds, making the most of your final day at the stunning resort. Lunch will be provided, and you'll have more time at leisure this afternoon. Enjoy a final restorative stretching session to make sure your body is feeling fresh and nurtured, before dinner tonight.

Enjoy a farewell breakfast before your departure from Madeira, with new memories, tips and practices to keep with you to brighten up your day-to-day.
