Taking place at a beautiful country house in Kent, this women-only boot camp provides the ultimate kick up the backside, having helped hundreds of women to chase their goals and push their boundaries. It's the winning combination of professional trainers, nutritious meals and an energetic programme of sports, drills and classes that helps attendees get the results they want. It's not all hard work either, the experts understand the importance of meditative moments and life-coaching chats to complement your training and, ultimately, your life.
Expert training programme
The GI Jane Bootcamp is anything but boring. From circuit training before breakfast to mid-morning boxing, followed by a lively netball game, you'll be kept on your toes from dawn till dusk. Get down and dirty on an outdoor assault course, tone those abs during a bums and tums class, or get back to nature on a trek through the countryside. Get ready to be tested physically and mentally.
You'll be joining a small, close-knit group of other Women's Health readers who will be there to cheerlead you on your journey. It can be daunting to come alone, but you'll share your room with a like-minded woman who has the same passion for health that you do. There's no doubt you'll leave with strong friendships - as well as a stronger body.

All meals are cooked fresh by the on-site boot camp chef to fuel your fun-filled days. Forget fad diets and juice cleanses, every meal will be tailored to provide you the nutrition you need to enjoy every activity. Arrive at Scuttington Manor in Sittingbourne, Kent, located between The Kent Downs and The Swale. You'll meet your team mates and expert leaders and be introduced to the programme before getting stuck into some high-energy, fun activities.
